How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Prices vary based on day of the week, time, number of guests and spaces within the venue your event requires. We are happy to create a custom quote for you and can back into a certain budget. Generally events run from $10,000 thru $80,000 with holiday dates running higher.
What is included in the venue rental cost?
The venue, use of the LED panels, lights and sound system to customize and brand your event. Use of all furniture inside venue. Fully stocked bar. Option to customize the Marquee. Add ons include: staffing, security, cost of liquor, any extra production that the venue does not have on site.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
Non refundable deposit required to hold your date. Event can be cancelled minus deposit up to 30 days out.
What is the venue capacity?
M2 Miami's Exit Capacity is 2550. We have various spaces which can be rented separately and can accommodate smaller groups (50 to 400 people)
Does the venue have a liquor license?
Yes, we have a full bar which is available to your guests.
