M1 Concourse

M1 Concourse, part of our 87-acre auto enthusiast playground, combines style and speed and provides the ideal location for any event. Our cutting-edge building has both indoor and outdoor areas that look out onto the 1.5-mile Champion Motor Speedway. Any event may be made into a unique, private experience by M1. M1 is conveniently situated less than 35 miles from Detroit Metropolitan International Airport in Pontiac, just off the storied Woodward Avenue. The Champion Motor Speedway joined a small group of contemporary and exciting road courses in America on June 1st, 2016. As if it has been there for ages, the Champion Motor Speedway snakes its way across the M1 Concourse site. The developers closely collaborated with renowned track designer Martyn Thake to take advantage of the site's distinctive topography. It was expertly designed to accommodate a wide range of vehicles and driving experiences, including high-speed lapping, skill training, and autocross. This is the main feature of M1 Concourse.
