- Do we get the property for the entire day?
- The rental lasts for 12 hours – 10 am until 10pm.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Venue , tables and chairs for up to 100 guest.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 250 guest
- When are payments due ?
- A 50% deposit is due when you sign our contract. This deposit is forfeited if there is a cancellation. The final payment is due 90 days prior to the event. An $800 refundable security deposit will also be collected and cashed 30 days prior to the event. It will be returned if is no damages to pro
- Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?
- We are dog friendly, with some specific stipulations. Dogs are allowed only at the ceremony and pictures. Someone must be responsible for them other than the bride and groom and they are not allowed anywhere inside.
