Lot 613

LOT 613 is a special event and film location comprised of two vintage warehouses and an adjoining courtyard encompassing 18,000 total square feet. LOT 613 holds a full liquor license, live entertainment, cabaret and dancehall permits as well as a full catering license. LOT 613 sits within a very unique hub of the Downtown LA Arts District, surrounded by well known landmark buildings such as the Biscuit Company and Toy Factory Lofts, restaurants like Bestia, Church & State and Urth Caffé, and local bars including Tony’s, Villains Tavern, Everson Royce and Little Bear. LOT 613 is the home of the PROTOTYPE series. PROTOTYPE brings together some of the city’s foremost promoters presenting upfront house and techno artists, receiving both critical and audience acclaim, and has emerged as a signature series for underground dance music in LA. *per event basis and capacity is given by LAFD once plans are submitted.
