- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The space, only. All 8,500 square feet including access to our ‘garden patio’ in the historic Blagden Alley. For 9-12 hours depending on your contract.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 500 Standing, 200 Seated, 400 theater style
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: $7,000 for 9 hrs | Thursday: $8,000 for 9 hrs | Friday: $9,000 for 9 hrs | Saturday: $12,000 for 12 hrs | Sunday: $10,000 for 12 hrs | Additional hours are $500 per hour *Prices may vary and can be negotiated depending on the season
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- There is street parking along 9th street and surrounding streets, a small public lot on the 9th street side entrance of Blagden alley and the nearest metro is the 7th street convention center. Otherwise we suggest ride sharing companies like Uber or Lyft or booking our exclusive valet vendor.
