Refer to PDF. Pricing includes 8 60" round tables, 50 clear Chiavari chairs, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, Wifi, open kitchenette and off-street parking. All rates include cleaning fee. All renters are required to obtain event insurance for the day of their event.

- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made in writing at least 60 days before your event. Cancellations made within 0-59 days are non-refundable.
- What is the venue capacity?
- The max capacity is 80
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We do not allow anything attached, secured, taped or nailed on the walls, ceilings or light fixtures. Confetti, glitter and open flame candles are not allowed. Helium balloons must be weighted down.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- The latest time for events is midnight.
