The Locanda Verde private dining room is a pleasant and versatile environment meant to provide a relaxing and transportive atmosphere. It has recycled New England oak and pine, a working stone fireplace, brick-lined arched windows, and an eye-catching ceiling inlay made of 90,000 wine corks. Our seasonal Italian menus are designed to be shared and served family-style. Our sommelier is on hand to help you navigate our Italian wine and spirits range. A dedicated service staff is also available, as well as a zinc-topped bar. Up to 60 people can be seated in the room, making it ideal for your next private dinner, brunch, breakfast, or business conference. Chef Andrew Carmellini's soul-satisfying urban Italian food is served at Locanda Verde, our TriBeCa neighborhood taverna. Since 2009, our busy corner restaurant has welcomed New Yorkers morning, noon, and night with a warm and inviting ambiance, a leisurely Italian style, and heartfelt cooking. Andrew Carmellini's food is both rustic and polished, soulful and savory. It's a look that reflects his Italian origins and American roots, as well as his work in some of the world's top fine dining restaurants and trips. Andrew is regarded outside of the culinary world as a hit-maker who blends relevant culinary culture with urban social eating situations.
