- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- To rent the Venue a significant amount of factors come into play. Dependent on the day of the week, time of the month and year the cost can fluctuate significantly.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The Venue rental cost would include the contractual agreement for Food and Beverages with all other line items. Typically we do not charge a rental fee for the venue.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- The Venue Cancellation policy varies on the size of the Event and the Space that a contract is written on. Cancellation fee also is dependent on whether we are able to fill the contracted space again with another event.
- What is the venue capacity?

- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- A comprehensive outline of acceptable decorations is included in our Event Contract. Permanent alterations, any decorations that involves hate speech, hate groups or decorations that are offensive or pornographic in nature.
