- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Full venue rental fee starts at $40K, dependent on time of season, day of the week, and other factors. Production, rentals, catering, beverage and staffing are all on top and vary based on the details of your event.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We do not allow any type of balloon, as we are located in close proximity to Boston Logan International Airport.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We have an on-site concessionaire offering various food options. We also work with several preferred caterers, and allow outside caterers of your choice, with a fee.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Our on-site concessionaire holds our liquor license, yes.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Amplified noise curfew is 11pm.
