Intimate event room 2three4, which is located on the mezzanine level of the Pythian Building, has been designed with contemporary finishes and industrial light fixtures. In this space, which can seat up to 150 guests, you can have corporate events such as cocktail parties, holiday parties, or use it as a cocktail hour or overflow space for major events that include the Laurenia ballroom as well. The ballroom, which overlooks Duncan Plaza, is decorated with hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light, and restored ironwork from the original structure. Indoors, the 3,500 square feet of space can comfortably seat 250 people in comfort. This room can be leased in conjunction with 2three4 to provide overflow guests with access to the mezzanine level for larger gatherings.
