About Lagoon

Lagoon studio is a 3500 sqft blank slate perfect for corporate events, brand launch parties, milestone birthdays and any other important celebration. Our studio is a flexible event space with an open vendor policy. We have hosted exclusive private dinner parties with celebrated chefs, weekend long brand launch events for networking, and wild birthday parties complete with food trucks and a mechanical bull! Whatever you dream up, we hope to help you execute it at Lagoon. We are located near the downtown Dallas Design District. The modern warehouse space offers 2 rooms, 1 large 2500 sqft main hall with 16' ceilings, skylights and rafters for hanging decor. And the 2nd 1000 sqft lounge area with a separate entrance, perfect for use as a cocktail lounge, or back of house staging area. Event rental bookings at Lagoon begin at $600/ hour, Or $3000/ day and you get a 12-hour block for that time. The day rate is dependent on the date. Friday- Sunday bookings are $5,000 Thursday bookings are $4,000 Monday-Wednesday bookings are $3,000

How much does it cost to rent the venue?: Friday, Saturday & Sunday event bookings are $5000 Thursday events $4000 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday events $3000
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?: Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in the following: - Less than 48 hours, billed in full. - 5 business days billed at 75% of the booking total - Cancellation within 6- 13 business days billed at 50% of the booking total. - No fee for events canceled within 14 business days or more
How do I book?: Email us through our website inlagoon.com to check availability. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking for the venue.
Does the venue have any décor restrictions?: We are a 100% GLITTER-FREE environment. All use of glitter or confetti inside Lagoon studio is strictly prohibited.
Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?: We have a built in Sonos sound system guests are welcome to use. Other than that you will be required to bring in your equipment needed.
