About Kingsway

Located in the French Quarter, Kingsway is a legendary 12,000 square foot private residence designed beautifully by Los Angeles based LM Pagano, architect Wayne Troyer and owner Sean Cummings. This iconic Italianate building is nationally recognized, with features in the New York Times, Robb Report and Louisiana Homes and Gardens, among other press. As with each of Cummings’ boutique hotels and lofts, here one finds great beauty infused with great meaning. Historic, classic and timeless design evocative of this intriguing PLACE. Yet, modern sensibilities, reflective of a new TIME, with new talent and new ideas fueling this city. In addition, Kingsway also has a chef's kitchen, is home to a legendary recording studio, and Swarovski’s floor-to-ceiling chandelier for your event.

What is included in the venue rental cost?: Rental includes on-site contact and use of the home for 3-hours on first floor and outside yard. There is also a window for load-in/load-out. The home is fully furnished.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?: The venue requires a deposit for rental and security deposit at signing. Rental is non-refundable at time of booking.
What is the venue capacity?: First floor and yard would have a max capacity of 150 guests.
Does the venue have any décor restrictions?: Yes, no glitter or applying anything to walls. We do allow open flame but it must be contained in proper vessels. Happy to discuss any special requests.
Does the venue have a curfew for events?: We adhere to Orleans Parish noise ordinances in the French Quarter.
