- The venue rental cost includes the space for the agreed upon time. We allow a 1hr setup and break down window surrounding the event, if more is needed please don't hesitate to ask. We can assist with a list of preferred vendors/caterers/bartenders/etc familiar with our space!

- The venue capacity is under 50 at a time.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- The venue does not have a liquor license, but the bartenders/caterers we work with do so you're able to set up the beer, wine, liquor menu of your choosing.

- Yes, we have a few preferred caterers that we can connect you with!
