In 2014, owner Michael Rosen spotted the potential in an old abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of San Diego's Little Italy and felt it was time to start a real discourse about cuisine, wine, and local ingredients, and what they can achieve when treated with passion, accuracy, and ingenuity. What began as a love letter to San Diego, cuisine, and wine has evolved into a movement distinguished by fresh, locally sourced ingredients, imaginative chef-driven technique, and elegant plating built for sharing. Our menu today is practically indistinguishable from what we served on opening night, or even last week. Our menus and inspirations change on a regular basis to highlight the freshest, most seasonal foods. The common thread that runs through all of the food we produce, however, is to push known themes, ingredients, and processes to their utmost potential.
