We are an urban speak easy style space. The building from the outside is very inconspicuous . There are several spaces inside that are versatile in their use, the main one is our 20 foot high cyclorama wall with 1050 sq. ft. of usable floorspace. The wall itself can be a 20ft high projection screen. The Cyclorama wall is over looked by a loft/lounge (1200 sq. ft) with a functional kitchen, bar and lounge. We have a great natural light space, 543 sq. ft. with 20 high ceilings. 3 bathrooms These are just our main areas, there are about 1400 sq. ft. shared with other spaces in the building. Our pricing covers the use of the building only. We do have our preferred vendors we can put you in touch with for any other needs you may have. Contact us for a list of those vendors. Only vendor we handle in-house is bar service. (additional cost)
