The IDEA Studio, located in the award-winning, Gensler-designed IIDA Headquarters, is a premier event and corporate meeting space located in the heart of downtown Chicago. With over 6,000 square feet of versatile accommodations for events, the IDEA Studio is the perfect venue for events for groups as small as two and up to 200 people. We are located just above street level on the historic Magnificent Mile at Michigan Avenue and Upper Wacker Drive in the heart of downtown Chicago. - How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Pricing Weekday pricing: Available 7am – 7pm (minimum 4 hour rental) Whole Office $1000/hour Half Office $700/hour The Studio & Bogota $400/hour Milan or Hong Kong $100/hour Chicago Boardroom $200/hour Personal Offices $150/hour Weekend pricing: Contact asmith@iida.org or misrael@iida.org
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Full use of the space for the duration of the rental and half an hour before the rental begins and half an hour at the end of the day for set up and break down. All AV and tech support is included in the rental cost. The rental cost also includes an onsite administrative staff to support the host.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Meeting spaces from 5 people- 150 people seated and 200 people standing.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We do not allow glitter or confetti in the space.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We allow outside catering but we can provide a list of our preferred vendors who we know understand our space and we trust their services.
