- What is included in the room rental fees?
- IMG Academy Golf Club provides complimentary use of round tables of 8 and 10 guests each, glassware, china, cutlery, gift table, cake table, head table, registry table, DJ table, standard linen, and 300 white wedding chairs.
- Are there additional charges on top of the food and room rental fee?
- We offer rental services for items such as a dance floor, stage, projector, piano, microphone, etc. for additional fees.
- Do you offer both an outdoor and indoor ceremony site?
- We do have both! If you wish to have your ceremony outside, we have a beautiful ageless oak tree right off the golf course that you can get married at or you can have the ceremony inside with panoramic views of Sarasota Bay.
- Can we tour the venue?
- Of course! Please email our Banquet Manager, Jenna Trocchia, at jenna.trocchia@img.com or call (941) 739-7414 to set up a time to view our venue and get all the information you need prior to signing any contract, free of charge.
- For weddings, do you have a place for the bride and groom to get ready?
- Yes. We allow our brides to use the board room all day to prepare with your bridal party as well as a locker-room for the groom and groomsmen to get ready.
