- Are there any facily rental/set up fees?
- No. As long as you have dinner service with us, we will waive any rental/setup fees. We provide the following: - Head table - Banquet Round tables - Gift and Guestbook tables - A professional staff including a Catering Manager, Banquet Captain, and Servers
- What are the times we cau use the ballrooms?
- Cocktail Receptions in the Foyer or Cascades area can begin at 6:00pm. Dinner Dancing in any of our Ballrooms is from 7:00pm until 1:00am. The Poolside Pavilion can begin anytime (based on available) until 11:00pm.
- How do the menu selections work and how many entrée choices do we get?
- Three Couse Menu: -Salad (Everyone is served the same salad that you select at the tasting) -Entrees - (2) Meat Entrees and (1) Vegetarian Selections (All entrees will be served with same starch and vegetables) -Dessert – Wedding Cake from The Cakery or Copenhagen
- Do your packages include wedding cake?
- Yes, our packages include a basic cake with buttercream frosting from The Cakery or Copenhagen. Special orders above our basic flavors and designs would be paid directly to the appropriate bakery. If you choose to bring in your own, we will take off $5 from the menu but add $2.50 cake-cutting fee.
- What type of beverage options do I have?
- HOSTED BAR (On Consumption) – You will be charged for what is consumed by each person HOSTED BAR (Per Person Per Hour) – A flat fee will be charged per person per the number of hours you would like to have beverages served from, drinks are unlimited CASH BAR – Your guests pays for their own beverage
