My dog is my ring bearer, can I bring my dog to the hotel?
Yes! Please be sure to book your reservation 3 days prior and upon check in you must fill out a pet information card. We have rooms especially prepared for our special pet guest and includes food and water bowls, a pet pillow and a pet-friendly door hanger.
Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
Yes! Please ask our event sales manager or events planning manager for a list of our preferred vendors. We have everything ranging from preferred wedding planners, photographers, videographers, florists, and much more! We cannot wait to share this list with you.
How does parking work at your location?
We are a valet only hotel. Valet parking is available for $45 per night or $25 per day. $5 parking is available for guests with Pete's Sunset Grille, Watertable or Pacific Waters Spa validation.
Does Hyatt provide A/V for the events?
We do not provide A/V but we have an A/V company on site to help with any A/V requests you may have. When booking with us please be sure to ask us about Encore for your A/V needs.
Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
Yes! Our world famous Chef Manfred Lassahn is our Executive Chef on property. He is behind all the menu selections.

Her ability to connect the departments throughout the hotel to ensure the success of a program is invaluable. She joined our team in January 2023 and oversees a team of 11 event professionals who thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
