Husk

The Stables at Husk is a private dining and events area that is housed in our historic carriage house. This venue provides guests with the opportunity to participate in a unique and exclusive Husk experience. The Stables is a cozy ambiance that is perfect for any event because it has its own kitchen, bathroom, and patio that is separate from the main restaurant. The room is large enough to accommodate up to 16 guests for brunch service, 28 guests for a meal served at tables, or 30 to 35 guests for a cocktail party that is standing only. For parties with a size that exceeds the capacity of our private dining area, we are able to provide a buyout of the entire restaurant, including the main house. The Neighborhood Dining Group's Husk restaurant is changing people's conceptions of what it means to cook and dine in Nashville. In the heart of Downtown Nashville, in the neighborhood of Rutledge Hill, and only a few blocks south of Historic Broadway, is where you'll find it. The menu at Husk delves into a cuisine that is driven by the ingredients and begins with the rediscovery of heirloom items. At Husk, there are limitations placed on the types of foods that can be served on the plate. If it does not come from the south, it will not be able to enter the building. The end result is a cuisine that, rather than attempting to rediscover Southern cookery, investigates the authenticity of Southern food. The seed-saving, heirloom husbandry, in-house pickling, and charcuterie programs that Executive Chef Ben Norton and his culinary crew conduct at Husk are the foundation of the restaurant's cuisine.
