- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Pricing is a flat rate for a 24 hour rental of the space (no taxes or fees on top) $19,000 - Saturday $17,000 - Friday or Sunday $15,000 - Monday - Thursday
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Our fee is mostly just the site rental fee. Rentals, catering, etc are charged independently. Our fee includes: 24 hour rental of the site, from 8am to 8am A bridal dressing suite for the duration of the event Bathroom attendants for the event Dumpsters for trash disposal
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Events may play music until 2am, but must comply with local noise ordinances.
- Does the venue allow outside catering?
- Hummingbird has a pre-approved list of exclusive caterers. It is quite diverse with many amazing and professional options. Using a catering company that is not from our list, requires paying an additional buyout fee.
