How much does it cost to rent the venue?: Rental prices range from $850.00 to $1,000.00 plus 8% tax and 22% Service Fee for up to 8 hours.
What is included in the venue rental cost?: Set up and break down of meeting space. Tables, chairs, and black linen. Also included is; complimentary WI-FI, LCD Projector with screen.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?: Guest must cancel 14 days in advance in order to avoid the cancellation penalty of the total meeting space rental advance deposit(includes meeting space rental and applicable fees).
What is the venue capacity?: 100 Banquet or Reception Style.
Does the venue have any décor restrictions?: Group will not create any disturbance to other guests or meetings, such as excessive noise, open flames, smoke or fog machines, dry ice, confetti cannons, candles, incense, or any other activity that generates offensive smells. Group can not hang items from ceilings or walls in the event space.
