Set up and break down of meeting space. Tables, chairs, and black linen. Also included is; complimentary WI-FI, LCD Projector with screen.

Guest must cancel 14 days in advance in order to avoid the cancellation penalty of the total meeting space rental advance deposit(includes meeting space rental and applicable fees).

Group will not create any disturbance to other guests or meetings, such as excessive noise, open flames, smoke or fog machines, dry ice, confetti cannons, candles, incense, or any other activity that generates offensive smells. Group can not hang items from ceilings or walls in the event space.

Yes, guests are able to bring in their own catering or select from our list of preferred caterers. If guests will be using an off-site catering company, a food waiver will be signed by the catering company and the client.
