- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- On average, a weekend (Fri-Sun), 8 hour rental period, ranges from $2,300.00 to $3,000.00. We are an ala carte type venue whereby you rent the venue and bring in all your vendors.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The space you rent (main level, the entire house or the tent package), tables, chairs, set-up, breakdown and cleaning.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- No monetary refund to the Lessee will be provided unless the released event date is rebooked for the same rental amount or more.
- What is the venue capacity?
- House/Tent - 175 Main Ballroom - 80 Main Level - 120
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Restrictions include: no adhering of anything to the walls, no confetti, sparkles or dropped petals, real or artificial.
