This gorgeous country club setting, which is both comfortable and traditional, is perfect for arranging large weddings, corporate events, intimate parties, and small business meetings. All of these events can be planned here. The Ballroom, Florida Room, Brick Courtyard, and Fairview Room are the primary venues for the parties and receptions that we host. You won't find a more elegant event location in Central Florida that can be customized to meet your specific requirements than this building, which was constructed in 1924. The Dubsdread Ballroom exudes both opulence and the rustic allure of old Florida with its original stone fireplace located at one end and its hardwood pine floors gleaming beneath an open wood-beam ceiling. The Fairview Room at the Dubsdread Golf Course clubhouse is a lovely, light and bright space with a view out over the 18th green. The ideal location for hosting intimate gatherings such as group luncheons, family reunions, social dinners, corporate dinners, and rehearsal dinners, among other types of events. The Florida Room at our hotel is not only roomy but also very comfortable. It works exceptionally well for cocktail hours, business events, banquets, fund-raising dinners, and workshops. The Florida Room, which can also be used for wedding ceremonies and looks out onto our picturesque Brick Courtyard, is located on the second floor. The entirety of the facility is encircled by majestic oak trees that are over a hundred years old, and the greens of the renowned Dubsdread Golf Course are meticulously manicured, making outdoor events and wedding ceremonies absolutely breathtaking. When all of the banquet rooms are used, we can host sit-down dinners for groups as small as ten and as large as two hundred fifty, as well as receptions in the cocktail style for up to six hundred people.
