Hilton West Palm Beach is two miles from the Palm Beach waterfront and near to The Square shopping and restaurants. Featuring a resort-style pool, poolside cabanas, and lawn activities are all available for your enjoyment. Featuring a wood fire open kitchen, Galley offers international farm-to-table cuisine. Stop by La Playa for poolside cocktails, and visit on Saturday for brunch, DJ sets, and dive-in movies. Manor restaurant serves an artisanal menu alongside indoor-outdoor seating. Meetings and events: Our event venues are GBAC and Green Key certified, with six conference rooms, a flexible grand ballroom, two outdoor event lawns, and a pool deck. Our event managers can arrange for a variety of culinary options. The Palm Beach County Convention Center is directly connected to us, providing an extra 350,000 square feet of space. Our event spaces include the Oceana Ballroom (can be split into A, B, C, and D), the Coral Ballroom (can be split into A, B, C, D, and E), Event Lawn 1&2, Front Lawn, the Cypress Room (can be split into A&B), the Gardenia Room, the Lilly Room, the Sapodilla Room, the Hibiscus Room, and The Social. Each room has a variety of ways that it can be set up in order to accommodate the number of guests that are attending, and the type of event that you are interested in hosting here at the Hilton West Palm Beach. In total, we have over 30,000 square feet of event spaces.

- Does the Hotel provide "Day-Of” Wedding Coordination?
- The Hotel does not provide a wedding coordinator. The Hilton West Palm Beach does require a professional wedding coordinator be outsourced.
- Do you offer tastings?
- A complimentary tasting is included for the wedding couple to provide a sample of (2) salad and (3) entrée options. The cake tasting will be scheduled by you directly with one of our preferred bakeries.
- Do I have to use the vendors on your list?
- The only vendor we restrict you to is the bakeries since it is included in your pricing. All vendors must provide proof of Certificate of Liability Insurance if not on our list.
- Can we do a rehearsal ceremony?
- We would be happy to schedule a rehearsal ceremony a day before the wedding. Your officiant and wedding planner should also be present for this.
- When is check-in and check-out?
- Check in is at 3:00PM and check out is at 11:00AM.
