What is a food & beverage minimum?
The Food & Beverage Minimum is the least amount required to spend determined by date, time and space. It is calculated based on all food & beverage purchased for your event and must be served within the banquet area.
Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
Your Event Manager will be onsite on the event day and will work with your wedding coordinator to ensure a flawless wedding. The hotel will also staff a professional Banquet Captain who will also partner with your wedding coordinator and will be responsible for the execution of the wedding reception
Do you offer children's and vendor meals?
Yes, we offer a special child's plate, starting at $35 per child for those under 12 years of age. Vendor meals are also available starting at $35 per person.
How much deposit is required and when is it due?
We will extend a 7-day courtesy hold without any financial commitment for the requested date. After 7 days, a contract must be requested in order to continue to hold space. The initial deposit of 25% of the food beverage minimum is due with the signed contract.
Can you elaborate about setup and teardown?
All vendors and decorators may have 2 hours prior to the contracted start time. Should you need additional time, a charge may be incurred. All candles must be fully contained and self extinguishing. All personal and vendor items must be removed from the site at the conclusion of your event.
