- Who are High Line Nine's Preffered Vendors?
- High Line Nine has preferred vendors secured at favorable rates for our clients. We work with the best vendors in each industry for our events including Taylor Creative for furniture, CxRA for food & beverage and L&M Sound and Light for audio visual needs.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Yes! High Line Nine partners with Van Wagner Events who will work with your team to develop your event vision, manage vendors and execute a seamless event.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The venue rental costs includes access to the space. All other event needs are sourced through our trusted vendors at preferred rates. The total cost of the event will be outline and approved by client before execution.
- Can our guest meet the artist?
- High Line Nine provides a unique experience for your guests, by allowing you to interact with the art and artists as little, or as much, as you’d like. Upon request, HL9 is happy to arrange for an artist talk, artist meet-and-greet, or a guided gallery tour by one of our team members.
- How is High Line Nine different from other gallery spaces available for private events?
- Unlike most galleries, High Line Nine presents nine separate exhibitions simultaneously, with the exhibitions reflecting a global array of artists and art forms.
