- What is the venue capacity?
- The venue capacity is 100 people.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We have a preferred vendor list, but you're allowed to bring in your own vendors. However, our licensed and insured bartender is required to serve all alcohol in the building.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- - 2400 sq ft Ballroom - VIP Lounge - 2- 65" TVs - 2 ADA Restrooms - 2 Luxe Acrylic Tables - 60" Round Tables (Up To 5) - 6' & 8' Rectangular Tables (Up To 6) - 40ft Draping - Speaker With Wireless Microphones - Multi-colored Room Lighting - High Speed WIFI - 1 Venue Attendant
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- All payments are non-refundable. The only exception is the $400 refundable security deposit, which is paid two weeks before the event. This is returned within 10 business days if no rules in the contract are broken. If you'd like to reschedule your event, there is a $200 rescheduling fee.
- Does the venue have any restrictions?
- The following is not allowed in the venue: - Amplifiers - Glitter - Tape on the floors - Anything on the walls - Events of a sexual nature - Hookah, smoke or fire - Confetti - Balloons with confetti and powder inside - Illegal substances
