About Hickory Street Annex
Located in Deep Ellum, this complex of buildings, called Hickory Street Annex, was originally built in 1921 as a distribution center for Gulf Oil Company. Today, Hickory Street Annex has been transformed into an industrial, loft-like space perfect for hosting wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as other parties. Hickory Street Annex’s unique space incorporates exposed brick walls, exposed steel trusses, wood ceiling and concrete floors, and has floor to ceiling windows with views of downtown Dallas. Additionally, Hickory Street Annex employs their own caterers who have a large menu with a wide variety of food and prices to ensure that your tastes are reflected in any event you host.

- We include furniture and free parking. You will have up to 13 hours for the day - ample time for getting ready and setup without feeling rushed.

- 200 for ceremony and reception 300 for a cocktail style reception

- No, this allows you to provide your own alcohol! The caterer's licensed bartenders will serve you.

Michelle Meyer
DirectorMichelle has been at the Annex since 1999, first working for an architecture firm and later starting the venue for special events. She has talents that include designing the layout and decor of the venue spaces, planning floor plans for furniture for each and every event, and coordinating details that make your event stand out from the rest. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with her husband, son and her fluffy standard poodle.
