Larger events and festivals will fit perfectly within the Lath Pavilion and surrounding lawns, while smaller events and festivals will work just as well on the porch of the Rosson House. The adjacent historical architecture, rose garden, and lush grounds serve as the perfect backdrop for any event of any size or scope. We do not require renters to use preferred vendors for the sake of convenience, making this an excellent venue for creating an event that is uniquely yours. The Lath House Pavilion can accommodate up to 500 people in a banquet-style arrangement or 1000 people in a theater-style arrangement. Rosson House Museum can accommodate up to 30 people in the foyer area, with no seating available.
