In addition to professional event coordination, Heritage Hunt is a full-service venue for both social gatherings and corporate events. In order for you to be able to relax and enjoy your wedding or special event with your family and friends, our experienced and dedicated team will work with you to plan every detail of your big day or special gathering. Among the services offered by Heritage Hunt are favor and place card placement, wedding party introduction lineup, and formal exit coordination, among others. Heritage Hunt also provides separate rooms for the bride and her bridal party to prepare for the big day. The 28,000-square-foot clubhouse is designed to evoke the grandeur of a Virginia plantation with its grand Colonial-style architecture. With views extending in many directions - through the lounge with its beamed ceiling, into the 120-seat restaurant and out to the garden or through a series of arches framing the hallway - the Clubhouse layout is open and airy. In addition to the expansive covered decks and balustrade railings, which provide a comfortable resting place over the lush putting green and views of the Bull Run Mountains, there are also two additional putting greens. The lower lounge can be accessed via the grand staircase, which gently curves down to the lower floor beneath it.
