- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Yes. All events serving alcohol must work with our exclusive provider, Best Beverage Catering. Our sales team can assist in facilitating arrangements.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes, all venues within the space are ADA accessible.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- There are 186 parking spots located on site for daily, monthly, and special event parking rates. Organizers can select to buyout the parking lot or let attendees absorb parking costs.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- At a baseline, licensing rates include daily access to the designated venue (8am - 11:59pm) and any built-in production capabilities. Staffing, including security, janitorial, EMTs, and event management, are required at an additional charge, based up on the size and nature of the event.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We encourage all organizers to work with our preferred caterer, Red Door Catering. However, clients may work with other caterers or vendors of their choosing, as long as 3rd parties are properly insured.
