Haven's Kitchen

Haven's Kitchen was founded by Alison Cayne in 2012 with the goal of instilling pride and pleasure in her students through the preparation of seasonal ingredients from scratch. Alison Cayne has been teaching cooking since 2002. At the time of the company's inception, she set out on a mission to educate people about the impact that the food we buy, eat, and prepare has on the environment, society, and our daily lives. As a three-story carriage house in the heart of Manhattan, our residence strikes a balance between the comforting familiarity of a home and the unadorned openness of a Flatiron loft. Consider the variety of events we've hosted here, ranging from lively product launches to formal dinners and custom-designed weddings, to see why we like to think of our events team as its own in-house marketing department. Our carriage house is designed to bring people together while also providing them with the opportunity to express themselves creatively in a comfortable setting.
