It gives us great pleasure to be able to introduce you to this unique atmosphere. For the most magical day of your life, the day of your wedding, we have opened up our very own private oasis. It is an incredible honor for us to be a part of your story and to have the responsibility of preserving your future memories. I am grateful to have had that opportunity. In the coming months, we can't wait to travel this path of making your dreams come true alongside you, and we look forward to the adventure! Joe King, who had recently left a career in the film industry, established Aragon Ranch approximately half a century ago. Joe was a popular choice for roles as a commentator in movies, commercials, and news broadcasts; he had even been nominated for an Academy Award. His nickname was "The Voice." After many years of keeping a busy schedule and commuting from New York to Miami, he and his wife Doris were looking for a peaceful getaway retreat they could get away to. Because Joe had a passion for horses, he established the Aragon Ranch, where Doris later began cultivating beautiful gardens for the family to enjoy. She planted dozens upon dozens of camellias and azaleas in the garden. In point of fact, she has all of her grandchildren represented by their very own individual camellia bushes. Their son Malcolm took over the garden design and began working alongside Doris to sell tropical plants all over the country after taking over the business from his parents. This resulted in the development of one-of-a-kind landscape design areas, which in turn continued to contribute to the beauty of the gardens. After some time had passed, Leah, daughter of Malcolm, and Joe, daughter of Leah's husband, opened up the stunning gardens, which had been meticulously maintained, as a one-of-a-kind wedding venue for engaged couples who were looking for an elegant garden setting for their special day. Even the name of the community, Harmony Gardens, is a nod to Doris Harmony King's enduring contributions.
