Ground Floor, Freeport

Ground Floor, Freeport is an intimate, home-like, and highly flexible venue, hosting gatherings of up to 50 people. GFF has multiple personalities! While we do produce concerts and provide recording services, our beautiful space is also available to rent for private events. We have been host to many gatherings, including parties of all kinds, workshops, conferences, retreats, and even private stage productions. We have 1200 sq. ft of hardwood floor that can be left open for stand-up gatherings, set to seat up to 50 for a presentation, or transformed into a dining area. If you can think it up, it’s likely we can make it happen! We have tables, chairs, a projector and screen, and a designated food service area. While we don’t provide food, we can help supply you with a list of catering options, if needed. You may also bring your own alcohol for an additional $25 liquor license fee. The venue is temperature controlled for all seasons. Free parking is available. Owners, Tom and Diane Acousti have created a creative, welcoming space and are delighted to share it.
