Greylock WORKS has the capability of hosting events for groups ranging from 10 to 1,000 individuals in a stunning 26,000 square foot venue with 1,000 linear feet of skylights reaching clear heights of 24 feet. In addition to beautiful bathrooms and dramatic accessible entrances, our event facilities include a catering kitchen and staging area, as well as on-site parking and loading. Amounts included in the gWorks Event Venue Fee: - Off-site property management fees - Venue overhead fees - On-site landscaped parking - Utilities and heating - Basic bathroom setup and restocking goods - Full use of catering kitchen and of provision dumpsters - Garbage and recycling collection and transport - Both prior to and after the event, property maintenance and janitorial service
