- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Our Rentals include all server and bartending staff, Events Manager to assist with logistics leading up to the event and our in-house culinary team. Our Rental fee also includes all in house furniture, china and glassware as well as general AV set up.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- The initial deposit may be transferred to a future date by providing Great Jones with written notice thirty days or more before the Event Date. Should the event be cancelled within 7 days of the event date, the remaining balance is due in full to cover costs.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Our capacities range per room and range anywhere from 0-125 guests and up to 300 guests for a full venue buyout.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Yes, we have onsite A/V equipment.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Yes, our Events Manager assists with every step of the booking process, works with the client to create the perfect menu for any occasion, and communicates all logistics to the Culinary Team and Manager assigned to the event.

Events ManagerMichelle is the Events Manager at GJD with over 14 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. Michelle is also the President of ILEA (International Live Events Association). She assists clients every step of the way- from the time of booking to coordinating and managing the team the evening of the Event. She has experience in Private Events ranging from Weddings and Birthdays to Corporate Events and Galas.
