We are located on a former estate; the aesthetic of the property blends 1920s refinement with 1790s pastoral, boasting views of woodlands, lakes, rolling pastures and vistas extending towards Bear Mountain. Structures on the property include an 18th century farmhouse, a 150-year old classic red barn, an elegant estate home built in the 1920s, a boathouse and various cabins. You can use our historic venues for rehearsal dinners, birthdays, family gatherings and more. With 19 rooms available for overnight accommodation, you and your guests will enjoy a stay on a working farm while knowing that you are supporting an agricultural nonprofit with a mission that cultivates environmental resiliency and regional prosperity. WEDDINGS The focal point of your event is an elegant fieldstone house set amidst the landscape of a true working regenerative farm. The soft lowing of cows on distant hills can be heard as your guests dine on local fare coordinated through our favorite chefs and caterers. An ancient apple orchard gently slopes away from your table and pastures rise in the distance. Vegetables grow a stone's throw away. Your carefully crafted menu celebrates and works in harmony with the abundance around you. Wedding rentals include our three guest houses, venue spaces, grounds, use of a private lakeside boathouse and a tour of our farm operations. The first floor of the Perkins House can be used as event space. You can navigate the halls to find a dining room, living room, library and study. BOATHOUSE The Perkins Family Boathouse, once a beloved space for family summer gatherings, is now one of our most popular and unique event spaces for more intimate events. It is the perfect spot to host your casual dinner while overlooking the lake. LODGING With our three guest houses, you can wake up in the countryside and watch the livestock graze amongst the rolling hills. Each house is unique and offers comfortable accommodations.
