Gathering Oaks Retreat

A pleasant, private area where coworkers, friends, and family can meet together. Reunions, weddings, retreats, girls' weekends, and business events are all held here. In a variety of private and semi-private accommodations, the property can accommodate big parties of up to 50 people. Stay out of the ordinary in one of our 19 modern-rustic rooms located throughout the property. You can book the entire property up to two years in advance or a single room within a month. There are two interior spaces that are great for hosting parties, as well as 30 acres of outdoor space to create your ideal gathering beneath the shade of oak trees. The Gathering House and Two Bedroom Cottage both have full kitchens, and many of our cabins and suites have kitchenettes. Our overnight guests are welcome to utilize our pool. The entire property can be rented out to assure your group's privacy. We also welcome smaller parties who only need a portion of the facility or a couple who wants to rekindle their romance in their own private suite. We'll work with you to find the ideal package for your needs. WEDDINGS Gathering Oaks Retreat is a tranquil and quiet wedding location located just outside of Waco, Texas on 30 acres. It's the ideal venue for your friends and family to congregate and stay over your wedding weekend, with onsite lodging for 50. Enjoy the convenience of having everything and everyone you care about in one place, including space for the rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, ceremony, reception, and accommodation as a bride. We specialize on small, intimate outdoor weddings. The grounds are beautifully maintained, offering a variety of outdoor wedding alternatives as well as a natural gorgeous location for our rustic wedding among towering oak trees and lush greenery.
