- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- The venue rental fee varies depending on the day of week + time of the year. Please see our venue rental guide for more detailed pricing information.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Use of the courtyard gardens, piazzas, parlor rooms, bridal suite + groom’s quarters. The property + bridal suite are accessible at 9:30am. The groom’s quarters is accessible 5 hours prior to the event's start. Friday + Saturday events must end by 10:30pm. Sunday-Thursday events must end by 10pm.
- What is the venue capacity?
- ONSITE CEREMONIES + RECEPTIONS - 180 guests RECEPTIONS ONLY (OFFSITE CEREMONIES) - 250 guests (cocktail style) COCKTAIL STYLE PARTIES (NO DANCE FLOOR) - 300 guests
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Furniture + rentals are not included. All tables, linens, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, tenting, lighting, etc. must be rented through a third party vendor. Popular decor include flowers, candles (in votives), photos, etc. Nails, command strips, tape, birdseed + glitter are prohibited.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- King Street Hospitality Group is the exclusive provider of all catering services on property. A food + beverage minimum spend of $7500 applies to events hosted on Fridays, Saturdays + Sundays. Increased food + beverage minimums apply on holidays + holiday weekends. Please inquire for details.
