Located on twenty private oceanfront acres bordered by more than 100 acres of state preserve, the estate boasts incredible views, lush landscaping, and recreational opportunities. Capacity of Our Organization Guests will enjoy more comfort and a better experience at French's Point because of the generous proportions of our event spaces, which are larger than the typical industry standard. The average number of guests at a celebration during the season is 50-100. Despite the fact that we have event space, parking, and public restrooms for much larger events, our standard capacity and pricing are based on events with 100 or fewer guests. In season, with advance approval, a Surplus Guest Fee allows for events with more than 101 guests up to a maximum of 150 guests in order to compensate for the additional staffing and wear on the estate caused by larger events. During the off-season, we can accommodate groups as small as 20 people. Our Geographical Area A variety of additional lodging options are available in the surrounding area, including vacation homes within walking distance that can sleep 60-80 additional guests and nightly lodging properties within 5-20 minutes, all at a variety of price points and styles.
