- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- Yes, we have a recommended vendor list - these are vendors we trust and are an extension of the Four Seasons Resort Santa Fe.
- What is the venue capacity?
- We can accommodate events up to 160 guests seated fully inside the Aspen Ballroom with a dance floor and dj or band. We can grow this to 240 guests if we utilize a combination of indoor & outdoor seating.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- There is a county wide 10 pm curfew for amplified sound outdoors. What this means, is that past 10 pm you need to be inside if you have a band or dj.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes, we are fully ADA compliant.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- We charge a fee of $4500 + service charge and tax for the event spaces on a Saturday in peak season (May - early November). This rate is negotiable for Friday or Sunday events, excluding holiday weekends. We only have one wedding event on a day.
