The coastlines of Italy, as well as the abundance of the country's most pristine seafood, served as inspiration for this dreamwork. Fabio's native coastline of Monte Conero, as well as the world-renowned Amalfi Coast, Sicily, and Forte dei Marmi, serve as inspiration for our menu experience, which includes the finest crudos, seafood towers, delightful salads, handmade pasta, and our signature "Carrello del Pesce," a seafood cart featuring the best catch of the day from Italy and around the world that is displayed at your table.
