Fine Arts Center At Colorado College

The Fine Arts Center has been the premier cultural destination in the Pikes Peak region for more than one hundred years, and for good reason. It has art of the highest caliber, theater on par with that of Broadway, and art classes for people of all ages and skill levels. Experiences in the arts that are creative, educational, and diverse are provided by the FAC, which was originally founded in 1919 as the Broadmoor Art Academy. These experiences aim to uplift the individual spirit and stimulate communal life. The Fine Arts Center is home to a number of spectacular and one-of-a-kind locations, and between the schedules of our Museum, Theatre, and Art School, we keep all of these areas quite active. Even though the work we do to fulfill our mission, which includes art exhibitions, performing arts events, touring programs, art classes, and other important educational interactions, may limit our opportunities for external event partnerships and space rentals, we are aware of the desirability of our spaces and make our facilities available to the community whenever it is feasible to do so.
