The Evergreen Museum & Library is home to an opulent mansion that boasts Gilded Age Italianate architecture. Our gorgeous gardens can host 170 guests for a perfect outdoor ceremony. Guests can enjoy cocktails and appetizers outside on our terrace before moving to our Carriage House for reception where guests will enjoy dinner under our adjoining hand-crafted tent. Two large arch ways connect the tented portion with the original Carriage House. The rich wood and open space makes for the perfect spot to dance the night away. As part of your rental, you receive access to the original stables attached to the Carriage House. The Evergreen blends romantically elegant grounds with a charmingly rustic Carriage House to provide the perfect backdrop for your event. It is a true oasis hidden in Baltimore City.
