About Events at the Mills

Events at The Mills is a unique venue in Westchester—the first of its kind. This beautifully restored, historic space offers a setting where individuals, corporations, and brands can bring their visions to life. Located at 222 Lake Ave, also known as 222Mills, this newly renovated building features five expansive floors, each over 10,000 square feet. Home to Simple Motive Brewing Co, The Kitchen at the Mills, No Limit Ninja Yonkers and Events at the Mills, each space can be reserved individually or combined to make your event truly memorable. Our Main venue space is located on our second floor. Amenities on this floor include a bridal/get-ready suite with ensuite bathroom, 5 bathrooms for guest use, a large catering pantry/kitchen and storage/coat closet space. We do not provide in-house catering but do have a preferred vendor list we provide for all service. Please reach out for any additional question or to check on availability.

NOW ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR 2025

This NEW event space is available for all events beginning in 2025. For smaller parties, options are available now within our Simple Motive Brewing Co and The Kitchen at the Mills cafe/coworking spaces as well as within our No Limit Ninja space.

How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Rental fees vary based on the event type and duration. They include access to the event space, prep kitchen, Event Manager, getting ready suites, gender neutral bathrooms, dimmable lighting, coat check, parking and basic AV equipment. Detailed pricing can be provided upon request.
What is the venue capacity?
300 persons seated, 500 persons standing.
What types of events can be hosted at your venue?
Our venue is versatile and can accommodate weddings, corporate events, conferences, parties, galas, and more. Mitzvahs are also very popular as guests have the option of utilizing multiple spaces so that adults and children both enjoy the event.
How do I book the venue?
To book the venue, please contact our Event Manager to check availability. A signed contract and a deposit are required to secure your date.
What is the payment schedule?
A 50% deposit is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event date.
