My culinary inspiration has always been and will always be New Orleans history and culture. We sought to integrate fresh preparations and innovation into New Orleans culinary traditions and culture when I initially opened Emeril's doors in 1990. With an emphasis on innovation and refinement and inspired by the many influences of New Orleans cuisine, we continue to push ourselves to provide our customers with an excellent experience. The chef's tasting is designed to be an exploration that builds on the aromas and complexity of our ingredients while incorporating distinctive modernism. Emeril's is a restaurant that serves Chef Emeril Lagasse's elegant specialty meals and is undoubtedly a memorable experience. Since its debut in 1990, Emeril's Restaurant, the flagship location, has played home to thousands of events.
