- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes, the venue is handicap accessible.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Because our ceiling height inside our meeting rooms is 9 feet, we do not allow any open, live candle flames. However, you can use LED candles for your event.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Our hotel does offer on-site parking for guests. There is an hourly/daily self-parking rate available as well as an overnight self-parking rate available.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We have a preferred vendor list that consist of a variety of different vendors that has been vetted by our catering team and have serviced many of the events at the hotel. Please inquire with our Catering Department for our current preferred vendor list.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- The hotel works with a 3rd party AV vendor, Spectrum AV that can supply all of your audio/visual needs for your meeting/event.
