A Special Use Permit Fee is paid directly to the National Park Service. Rates are determined by the National Park Service and are based upon your impact on the Monument, e.g.: number of guests, length of event, etc. The fee can range from $9,000 for up to 99 guests up to $23,000 for 1,200 guests.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- The venue rental is charged by the National Park Service and determined by the number of guests in attendance. This could range from $9,000 to $23,000 for 99 to 1200 guests.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The fee covers use of the space in keeping the Monument open after hours. It includes National Park Service Rangers, US Park Police and an EMT on site. It includes the K9 and officer needed for loading in of equipment. The fee also covers all building operating costs.
- What is the venue capacity?
- We can host 50 to 1200 guests for your next special event.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Yes we do have a NYS liquor license.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- All events must conclude by midnight per the National Park Service.
