- Do you require a deposit?
- Yes- We require a 50% Non-refundable deposit at time of signing. The remaining estimated balance is due 7-14 days prior to event date.
- Dietary Restrictions/Allergies. Will you be able to accomadate?
- We often accomadate Gluten free, Vegan and Vegetarians. Please let us know ahead of time.
- May we brinng our own Music/Band/DJ?
- You can bring your own music for the Clock Room, Glass House and Buyouts. For more information, please inquire at booking. We have a strict music cutoff on our courtyard in respect of the interior hotel guest rooms.
- Do you have A/V?
- AVMS directs our on-site team in ALL Hotel Monaco and Dirty Habit spaces....so everything is seamless! This includes Microphones, audio and music, up lighting, presentation materials and more. Coordinate in advanced to request a quote. AV may not be added once on-site.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- All cancellations must be made in writing (email) and sent to the events office. Depending on the date of cancellation, fees may be applied to the card on file. Refer to your contract for more details.
